She usually pulls it back into a ponytail, bun, or just lets it hang around her face, curled.

Eyes: Doe-like brown eyes.

Weight/Body Structure/Physical Faults: Emery weight about 120lbs with a petite frame. She doesn't have a very big bust (size A) nor does she have a very big stomach or bottom. In fact, she's kind of built like a board or a prepubescent boy.

Enemies: Emery tries not to make enemies. She's just not important enough to have enemies. However, she isn't a fan of the Council like everyone else.

Beliefs/Religion: Emery was raised a Christian, but now she's less religious and more spiritual. She doesn't think any religion is completely right, but there is a God of some sort and people are reincarnated after they die. That's pretty much all she has room to believe in though she finds religion to be interesting.

Career/Past Careers: Emery works at Hope Nursing Center as a nursing assisant.

Dreams/Life Goals: Emery wants to write a book of stories about her adventures with her friends and market them as fiction books. She'd also like for some of her friends to be free of the curses that keep them from living full, normal human lives.

Hobbies: Emery reads and writes fantasy stories about her adventures. She likes to imagine that other books are author's fictional accounts of their own adventures or adventures of those close to them. Lestat, after all, looks very similar to Anne Rice's husband. Emery also plays the piccolo when she gets bored. She keeps it in her purse. She sometimes joins Magenta's husband's band and plays for tips.

Likes: Playing the piccolo, woodwind instruments in general, books of any kind, twilight, strawberry jelly filled doughnuts, and cheesy soft pretzels.

Loves: Emery loves playing the piccolo more than playing the flute. She loves cats, especially ginger cats. She loves chocolate anything, especially doughnuts with chocolate icing. She loves wearing black and white patterns with little flares of color.

Dislikes: She doesn't always like the Brown siblings because she is jealous of the connection they have to each other. She doesn't like people who smile too much, like Porfirio. She doesn't like the colors pink of purple because they are traditionally feminine colors and she hates appearing to be feminine.

Loathes: Emery absoluted loathes appearing weak to anybody in any way whether it's crying in front of people or being mildly embarrassed by someone.

Fears: The Council will decide to go after Emery and her friends because they don't practice traditional magic.

Strengths: Emery is an author at heart with a creative soul. She likes to create things by stringing words together the right way. Her piccolo is magical in that it can soothe anyone who listens to it and feel the way she wants them to feel or the way she's feeling when she plays it. Emery is also very independent because she's used to having to do things on her own and entertain herself as she's an only child.

Weakness: Emery hates feeling beholden to anyone and she will go to extraordinary lengths so that she doesn't have to lean on others, including her own parents. Emery, however, for all her creativity, isn't very good with practical things. In fact, the practical solution is the last solution she considers if she considers it at all. She's also very self-conscious and constantly blaming herself for anything bad that happens to her even when it's not entirely her fault.

Good Qualities: Emery is a genuinely good person who always tries to do the right thing, even if it's the hard thing to do. In fact, the harder it is to do, the more likely she is to do it.

Bad Habits: Emery tends to chew on her lip. She is also a consummate smoker, preferring to smoke menthol cigarettes she rolls herself with a cigarette rolling machine her father bought her a few years ago. Otherwise she smokes Camel Crushes.

Turn Ons: Emery likes ginger, nerdy boys who likes to read and know quite a bit about history, especially European history. Actually, she just likes redheads of any gender.

Turn Offs: Emery doesn't like stupidity and she doesn't likes people who try to date rape her. That's a huge turn off.

Normal Talents: Emery is an excellent writer, creative thinker, and reader. She can remember nearly everything she reads, in fact.

Supernatural Powers & Abilities: Emery has a magic piccolo she can use to influence other people's emotions. She also is slight telepathic, able to pick up impressions from people based on their thoughts and desires. She can "push" people to act on those thoughts and desires as well, especially if she's playing her piccolo and their desires coincides with her feelings. She's also immune to more emotion-influencing potions.

Temperament: Emery is a bit of a ditz and a bit of a smart ass. She's not ditzy because she's unintelligent. She's ditzy because she often gets lost in her own thoughts or her own world and the real world passes her by. She's a smart ass because her brain works faster than most people and she gets impatient with them. She's usually a pretty positive person who believes in the best of humanity even though she also believes that most people are completely stupid. They're just too stupid to do anything well and truly mean or cold-hearted.

Background: Emery was born to Daniel and Alice Clark on September 28, 1989. She was named Emery because her mother liked the sound of the name. She was named Danielle after her father. Her mother gave birth to a younger sibling a little more than a year later, but her little brother, Andrew Clark died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. She doesn't remember her little brother or the funeral, but she grew up hearing about it and visiting his grave as a little girl.

Emery grew up the apple of her parents' eye. They expected her to go to college and do great things, but Emery never had any desire to do that. Instead she got her STNA and got a job at Hope Nursing Center where she further developed her budding ability to "read" people and influence them. Then, one day one of her residents spit in her eye and she developed the ability to be immune to most emotion-influencing potions and met Porfirio a week later. Soon, her world was never the same, but she's enjoyed every minute of it.
